Hourly rate per Cleaner:

Regular Domestic Cleaning (minimum 2hrs per visit every week)                                                                    £18.00

Customers need to supply all materials and equipment    

Fortnightly domestic cleaning (minimum 2,5hrs per visit)                                                                               - £18.00

Spring cleaning  with your materials                                                                                                                  - £20.50     

Please note spring cleaning/ one-off cleaning must be at least 4  hours per service

End of Tenancy Cleaning – move in & move out cleaning with your materials                                             - £21.50

After Builders cleaning with your materials - you must allow at least 5 hours                                               - £23.50

• Minimum charge: £60

Anti-stain treatment:

(Less 40% if cleaning and treatment is done at the same time -please note this service is not subject to any other discount)

Please note:

* one off cleaning service with your cleaning materials is for our clients who signed for with us the contract and who use our services less often than every 2 weeks but there is no more than 4 weeks from our previous visit.

Congestion charges and parking costs may be added where applicable

Please be aware that the pricing of our cleaning services changes when service is being delivered on Bank Holiday or Sunday 

Carpet cleaning discount - minimum charge is still maintained - £60 is not subject to any discount
